A quick, cosy mid-week dish with a silky garlic sauce and tender chicken.
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200ml cream
- 30g parmesan
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions
1. Cook pasta.
2. Season and pan-fry sliced chicken.
3. Add minced garlic and cream.
4. Stir in parmesan, then combine with pasta.
